My name is Faith, and this blog is a reflection of my journey toward healing, balance, and connection—within myself and with the world around me. Like many people, I didn’t always live in alignment. For years, I was chasing productivity, ignoring signs from my body, and silencing the voice inside me that was asking for peace. Anxiety, overthinking, stress, and burnout were all too familiar.
It wasn’t until I began exploring holistic health—beyond just diet and exercise—that things began to shift. I started experimenting with mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, and energy work. I learned about herbal medicine, space clearing, and creating daily rituals that support my mind, body, and spirit. It wasn’t about becoming perfect or doing everything “right”—it was about getting curious, letting go of what didn’t serve me, and building a new way of living that felt nourishing and true.

Why I Started This Blog
I created Health in Harmony because I wanted a safe and uplifting space where people could explore wellness that isn’t one-size-fits-all. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life, to want to slow down but not know how, and to crave healing on every level—emotionally, mentally, physically, and energetically.
This blog is my way of sharing what I’ve learned (and continue to learn). I’m not a guru or a perfect example of anything—I’m just someone who believes that healing is a lifelong journey and that we deserve to walk it with support, kindness, and intention.
